Magister SimLab Privacy Policy

At Magister Solutions, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our customers. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded in Magister SimLab service by Magister Solutions and how we use it.

By using our service, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. Information we collect is user’s email address, full name, and user’s SimLab related data and metadata, which encompasses simulation results as well as user and application settings.

The Supplier shall be entitled to use the Information and the User Information as described below:

• The Supplier may freely use the User Information for the purposes of improving the Service, invoicing, preparing statistics reports and other similar purposes. The User Information may be disclosed to Third parties for same purposes provided that the disclosure does not conflict with applicable Data Protection legislation.

• The Supplier may not use the Customer’s Information for other purposes than providing the services as agreed in these Terms, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
